Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Duration
We offer a 15-day return period from the date of delivery. Customers may request a return only if the product meets the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Tags and packaging must be intact.
- No stains, damage, or alterations.
- Return request must be raised within 15 days of delivery.
3. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn items
- Customized / altered products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions for return shipping.
5. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refund mode will match the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
6. Replacement Policy
If you request a replacement instead of a refund, we will dispatch a new product once the returned item is received and verified.
7. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
