Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

2. How to Request Cancellation

3. Cancellations After Dispatch

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. However, you may still refuse delivery and the item will be returned to us.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method
• COD orders: refunded through bank transfer or UPI

5. Automatic Cancellation

Your order may be automatically cancelled if:

• We are unable to verify the shipping address
• Products are out of stock
• Payment verification fails (for prepaid orders)
